Ontario is the second largest and most populous province of Canada, in which two capitals are located at once: the capital of the country – Ottawa and the main city of the province – Toronto. Ontario is the starting point for trips to the world’s largest freshwater lake – Lake Superior, Niagara Falls and Polar Bear Park, which is above the Arctic Circle.<\/span><\/p>\n

Entertainment and attractions of Ontario<\/strong><\/h2>\n

In Toronto, be sure to visit the entertainment complex on Ontario Square, stroll through Queen Elizabeth Park, Hyde Park or the beautiful Toronto Islands Park on Lake Ontario. Also popular is Casa Loma, a century-old neo-Gothic castle built by the banker Henry Pellat in the early 20th century.<\/span><\/p>\n

Other interesting sights are Spadin Castle, Fort George, Fort York, Algonquin Wildlife Sanctuary, Maple Syrup Museum, the 553-meter CN Tower and of course Niagara Falls, located just 100 km south of the city.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hamilton<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Hamilton, Ontario’s second largest city, is notable for its flowering gardens – the Gage Garden and the Royal Botanic Garden. Museum lovers will be interested in visiting the Hamilton Military Museum with a collection of weapons, uniforms and other artifacts from 1790-1954, an art gallery, and the Canadian Football Hall of Fame.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sleeping Giant<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The Sleeping Giant is a unique natural formation on Sibley Island. From afar, this mountain resembles a giant sleeping on its back. The Sleeping Giant is one of the Seven Wonders of Canada.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tourist train<\/strong><\/h3>\n

During an exciting trip, you can enjoy the beauty of the Agave Canyon with its rocky cliffs, mountain rivers and lakes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Windsor<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Windsor has many flower beds, fountains and park sculptures. At the city’s Cheese Factory Museum, the visitor is given the opportunity to see how cheese was made in the 1860s.<\/span><\/p>\n
