Dallas is located in northeastern Texas (USA) on the Trinity River. Together with Fort Worth and other cities of the agglomeration (Garland, Denton, Arlington, Mesquite, Duncanville, Irving and Plano), it makes up the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area, which ranks first in population in Texas and ninth in the United States.

The Dallas Museum of Art has over 23,000 pieces of art from antiquity to the present day. In the museum you can see the works of famous artists such as Edouard Manet and Paul Gauguin. Visiting the permanent exhibition is free.
