If you decide to travel to England for a tourist purpose, you will have to obtain a short-term  or long-term British tourist visa (for Ukrainians, it can be valid for 2, 5 and 10 years). The main thing is that the main purpose of your trip is not related to work or study in Britain. A tourist visa to England will be issued for you if you intend to return to your country of permanent residence after the trip.

Anyone who meets the following visa requirements at the British Embassy can travel to the UK as a tourist:

– no intention of staying for work or study in England
– the plans do not include visiting family and friends in English territory
– you are at least 18 years old (otherwise you will need a child visa)
– you have enough money to pay for air tickets, a hotel, and you have funds for a comfortable stay in Britain  (it is believed that for each day of your stay you will need at least 50-100 pounds sterling)
– Great Britain is the final destination, i.e. transit is excluded (a transit visa is intended for this).

The British are very scrupulous about the compliance of the documents submitted and the intentions of a person when traveling to the United Kingdom, so it is better to entrust the preparation of a set of documents to professionals.

– originals of valid passports,
– original + copies of all pages of the civil passport,
– copy of the identification code,
– fresh 2 photographs of 3.5 x 4.5 / 5.0 x 5.0,
– travel voucher and air tickets,
– certificate from the place of work / educational institution,
– financial statement from the bank,
– documents on the presence of movable / immovable property.
