Application form and registration

In order to obtain a visa, you need not only passports and an identification code, but also a special visa application form.

What it is? The visa application form is a very important document. An incorrectly completed application form very often becomes a reason for refusing a visa. So, this document must be taken very seriously and responsibly. The entire package of documents that are submitted for a visa begins to be considered only after a completed and signed application form, which, along with all other documents, is submitted to the Visa Application Center. The list of documents depends on the purpose of your trip.

The application form is filled out in the language of the country to whose Embassy you are submitting documents or in English. In the questionnaire, in field 37, there must be a personal signature of the applicant (in case of a minority, the questionnaire can be signed by parents or guardians). The name and surname must be written exactly as in your passport, namely in the Latin alphabet.
