Tremblant is located in the southeastern part of the country. It is Canada’s highest peak in the Laurentian Mountains, covered in snow from December to April. The resort is located 130 km from Montreal, just an hour and a half drive from its international airport.
Tremblant pistes
In Tremblant, the largest vertical drop is 649 m, and the longest run is 6 km. In total, the resort has 95 slopes, to the tops of which skiers are delivered by 14 lifts.
The Tremblant ski area is located on four ski slopes – South Slope / Sunny Side and North Slope / Border Side – with different levels of difficulty, snow cover and panoramas. The North slope of the resort is more conveniently equipped, where the slopes are of the best quality, and free parking is equipped right at the ski lifts.
Tremblant Snow Park is spread over 7 hectares for experienced snowboarders and skiers.
Entertainment and attractions of Tremblant
Apart from the insignificant clock tower, there are no iconic historical sights in Tremblant. Nevertheless, their lack is not at all noticeable, because the whole attraction of Tremblant is in its natural beauty. Mountains, lakes and forests create an almost idyllic atmosphere here, especially in the northern part of the resort with its rural lifestyle.
In Tremblant, you can go dog sledding, tubing, mountain climbing or snowshoeing on the pristine snow.
Adrenaline junkies can tackle the Acrobranch, an obstacle course that includes bungee rides, suspension bridges and a climactic zip line back to the village.
