Dallas is located in northeastern Texas (USA) on the Trinity River. Together with Fort Worth and other cities of the agglomeration (Garland, Denton, Arlington, Mesquite, Duncanville, Irving and Plano), it makes up the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area, which ranks first in population in Texas and ninth in the United States.

About 380 species of animals live in the local zoo in 8,000 enclosures. Of which 80 are African, including tapirs and anteaters, a giraffe meets guests at the entrance to the zoo. The Arboretum and Botanical Garden are 66 hectares of various gardens and groves that will impress every tourist. It hosts outdoor festivals, concerts and educational events.

Museums in Dallas

The Dallas Museum of Art has over 23,000 pieces of art from antiquity to the present day. In the museum you can see the works of famous artists such as Edouard Manet and Paul Gauguin. Visiting the permanent exhibition is free.
