Entertainment and attractions in Nevada

The Great Basin National Park, not very popular, but surprisingly picturesque, here you can camp at an altitude of about 3000 meters.

Las Vegas is the “Mecca of gambling”, people from all over the world flock here. The work of approximately 20% of the population of the state is somehow connected with the gambling business. Also from Las Vegas – the best way to get to the Grand Canyon in Arizona.

Active guests can enjoy camping, fishing and hiking. The state has two national parks – Great Basin Park and Death Valley Park, as well as the Wheeler Peak Glacier and a large number of mountain peaks that offer beautiful views.

In winter, on Lake Tahoe, you can go skiing and “boarding”, because there are more than 15 ski resorts, in the summer – fishing and water recreation.

Other attractions: 70 km southeast of downtown Vegas, the Hoover Dam, Red Rock Canyon, a beautiful 900-meter slope of the western edge of the river valley in the thickets of the “Joshua tree”, the Indian Museum near Vegas, Spring Preserve and the Elvis Museum.
