Registration of passports

To obtain a passport, you will need:
– passport of a citizen of Ukraine, Poland, Romania, Slovakia or Hungary;
– individual tax number of an individual – tax payer (identification number);
– application form (formed on the spot);
– extract from the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations (in case of theft of the previous passport for traveling abroad on the territory of Ukraine).
